Review your cover

A cover review is a check-up, not a sales pitch.

Life changes, work changes and super rules change. A review helps you understand what you have before deciding whether anything needs attention.

A practical place to start

  1. Find your current super statement and any policy schedules.
  2. Write down the cover types, amounts, premiums and the date you last looked at them.
  3. Note what has changed: work, family, debt, business or health circumstances.
  4. Read the policy terms and ask a licensed adviser about anything that is unclear.

A review is general information until an advice process considers your own objectives, financial situation and needs.
